Try before you buy

Every copy of Ankylix comes with a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked and no payment details required. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to make sure Ankylix works for you before purchasing.

Our refund promise

If Ankylix doesn't work for you, email support@ankylix.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no complicated questions. Please include your order ID (it begins with ord_).

How refunds are processed

Purchases are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear. You can also request help directly via Paddle.

Your statutory rights (EU/EEA/UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. For downloadable software, this right may end once the download/use begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost. These statutory rights are in addition to the refund promise above and are not affected by it.
